Abstract

The coastline of Greater Valparaiso is under strong pressure from the real estate to be a space whose scope covers the central region and especially to the city of Santiago. Processes are observed-intensive high value areas of deteriorating natural environment and cultural heritage areas that should draw the attention of decision makers in the community.
