Aparentemente, ciertas definiciones sobre los modos de vida estándar han sido ampliamente probadas por el mercado inmobiliario. La superposición del habitante tipo, los valores de suelo, la normativa y el balance financiero de los promotores dejaría muy acotado el campo de acción de los arquitectos, aunque la reducción de ese campo no es necesariamente negativa. Certain definitions of living standards have been sufficiently exhausted by the real estate market. The superimposition of the typical occupant, income levels, regulations and financial balances of developers leave the architect’s field of possibility quite limited. However, in this case, this field is not necessarily negative.
