| dc.description | RESUMEN: En esta tesis, pretendo explicar cómo se ha configurado el comportamiento de la comunidad de las veredas Caño Pescado y Correntoso en Nechí, Antioquia. A raíz del uso sistemático de las nuevas herramientas y tecnologías agrícolas como reflejo de la modernización agrícola en el cultivo de arroz. Planeo utilizar un tipo de análisis empleado por Gómez, el análisis micro, que se centra en detallar dinámicas y fenómenos sociales presentes solamente en la comunidad estudiada. De forma clave fueron, los resultados que arrojaron las entrevistas con los agricultores y jornaleros, por ejemplo, sus inicios en las labores agrícolas, sus estudios académicos, el uso o no de las nuevas tecnologías agrícolas, estará sujeto al análisis cualitativo, este análisis permitió ampliar la visión del trabajo, contextualizando los datos cuantitativos con experiencias de vidas de los participantes. Como resultado visualizo que la mecanización agrícola ha sido un fenómeno determinante en las dinámicas laborales, moldeando las tareas y haciendo que agricultores y jornaleros se introduzcan en otras esferas sociales y económicas. Para concluir, las prácticas agrícolas, al igual que las dinámicas sociales y laborales han variado su naturaleza, se presentan menor personal o mano de obra en los arrozales, pero también los jornaleros y operarios deben estar más capacitados que antes sobre el manejo de maquinaria y herramientas, para alcanzar la mecanización de los culticos. ABSTRACT: This thesis aims to explain how the behavior of the community of the Caño Pescado and Correntoso villages in Nechí, Antioquia, has been configured as a result of the systematic use of new agricultural tools and technologies as a reflection of agricultural modernization in rice cultivation. I plan to use a type of analysis used by Piedad Gómez, the micro analysis, which focuses on detailing dynamics and social phenomena present only in the community studied. In a key way, the results obtained from the interviews with farmers and day laborers, for example, their beginnings in agricultural work, their academic studies or the use or not of new agricultural technologies, will be subject to qualitative analysis, qualitative analysis It allowed us to broaden the vision of the work, contextualizing the quantitative data with the life experiences of the participants. As a result, it is seen that agricultural mechanization has been a determining phenomenon in labor dynamics, shaping tasks and making farmers and day laborers enter other social and economic spheres. To conclude, agricultural practices, as well as social and labor dynamics have changed their nature, there is less personnel or labor in the rice fields, but also day laborers and operators must be more trained than before on the handling of machinery and tools, to reach the mechanization of cults. | |
