| dc.description | RESUMEN: La práctica profesional del trabajador social en la Personería se convierte en un reto, primero porque en este sitio no había un T.S que interpretara el sentir de los ciudadanos vulnerados que llegaban en busca de soluciones, tampoco se contaba con un mediador que ayudase con el restablecimiento de derechos. Es por ello que el aporte prestado por el T.S es importante en la normalización de los servicios que se presta dicha agencia. También con el objetivo de desarrollar procesos y acciones para garantizar la atención al usuario, con el acompañamiento y posterior seguimiento a las demandas referentes a los derechos constitucionales y humanos, aportando con esto a la sana convivencia y la paz en el municipio de Apartadó.
Este proceso de práctica, desarrollado en la personería de Apartado, se realizó a partir de la implementación de las fases de intervención profesional: en un primer momento se llevó a cabo la lectura de contexto, en el segundo momento se analiza la situación desde un diagnóstico rápido participativo, posteriormente se diseña e implementa una propuesta de intervención y finalmente se evalúa el proceso mencionado. | |
| dc.description | ABSTRACT: The professional practice of the social worker in the Personería becomes a challenge, first because in this place there was no T.S that interpreted the feelings of the violated citizens who arrived in search of solutions, nor was there a mediator to help with the restoration of rights. That is why the contribution provided by the T.S is important in the standardization of the services provided by the agency. Also with the aim of developing processes and actions to guarantee the attention to the user, with the accompaniment and subsequent follow-up to the demands referring to the constitutional and human rights, contributing with this to the healthy coexistence and peace in the municipality of Apartadó.
This practice process, developed in the personería of Apartado, was carried out from the implementation of the phases of professional intervention: at first the reading of context was carried out, in the second moment the situation is analyzed from a rapid participatory diagnosis, later an intervention proposal is designed and implemented and finally the aforementioned process is evaluated. | |
