RESUMEN : En el presente proyecto de investigación se busca evaluar la capacidad de patogenicidad del hongo Pochonia chlamydosporia en conjunto con el ácido bórico y el extracto de ají, como alternativa en el biocontrol de babosas. Para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, el hongo es activado en medio PDA para posteriormente realizar las pruebas de compatibilidad, luego, se realiza el debido seguimiento a los ensayos para seleccionar las concentraciones adecuadas que pasarán a la prueba de patogenicidad sobre los invertebrados. El bioproducto “POKONIA ® SC” que tiene como principio activo a Pochonia chlamydosporia es mezclado con las soluciones establecidas para realizar el control en las plagas, con el fin último de observar el rendimiento y eficacia del nuevo bioformulado.ABSTRACT : This research project seeks to evaluate the pathogenicity capacity of the fungus Pochonia chlamydosporia in conjunction with boric acid and chili extract, as an alternative in the biocontrol of slugs. To achieve the proposed objectives, the fungus is activated in PDA medium to later carry out the compatibility tests, then, the proper follow-up of the tests is carried out to select the appropriate concentrations that will pass the pathogenicity test on invertebrates. The "POKONIA ® SC" bioproduct, which has Pochonia chlamydosporia as its active ingredient, is mixed with established solutions to control pests, with the goal of observing the performance and efficacy of the new bioformulate.
