| dc.description | Este estudio de Prefactibilidad presenta al mercado local la fabricación de sellos Termoencogibles en San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, Cortés, Honduras para el año 2020, cuya finalidad es aprovechar la demanda existente que la ciudad y también en el país. Se realizaron tres estudios, siendo: mercado, técnico y financiero, para determinar la rentabilidad del proyecto. El estudio de mercado consistió en la aplicación de 873 encuestas para determinar la demanda del cliente y sus preferencias del producto. Por lo cual fue una gran aportación para calcular la oferta y demanda, además de conocer la oportunidad de negocio. En el estudio técnico se estableció la ubicación de la fábrica de sellos Termoencogibles, así como conocer el proceso de su fabricación y la diversidad de estilos y medidas que se pueden fabricar. En el estudio financiero se planteó la inversión inicial requerida, el plan de financiamiento que se obtendrá para comenzar a operar, el planteamiento del costo de capital con los respectivos análisis financieros que permiten desarrollar las técnicas de presupuesto de capital que indican la rentabilidad del proyecto en términos de valores y porcentuales. | dc.description | This prefeasibility study presents to the local market the manufacture of Shrinkable seals in San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras, Cortés, Honduras for the year 2020, whose purpose is to take advantage of the existing demand that the city and also in the country. Three studies were carried out, being: market, technical and financial, to determine the profitability of the project. The market study consisted of the application of 873 surveys to determine customer demand and product preferences. Therefore, it was a great contribution to determine supply and demand, in addition to knowing the business opportunity. The technical study established the location of the Shrink Seal factory, as well as knowing the manufacturing process and the diversity of styles and measures that can be manufactured. In the financial study, the initial investment required, the financing plan that will be obtained to start operating, the cost of capital approach with the respective financial analyzes that allow the development of capital budgeting techniques that indicate the profitability of the project in terms of values and percentages.
