El siguiente estudio se llevóa cabo en la empresa Gildan Rio nance,se identificaronefectos que están retrasando el proceso de entrega de los expedientes.El trabajo tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo no experimental con un diseño transaccional y con alcance descriptivo. Con un tipo de muestra probabilística. Seconsolido un cuestionarioutilizando la escala de Likert, en base a lastres variables de lainvestigación,según los resultados obtenidos se rechazóla hipótesisalternativay se aceptóla hipótesis nulaya que los procesos de reclutamiento y selección,los efectos dela elaboración de los expedientesy las competencias que posee el equiponoinfluyenen el tiempo de entregade losexpediente a las plantas de Gildan Rio Nance, por lo tanto la propuesta demejoraconsistió en elaborar un plan deacciónen base a las variables que se identificaron en la investigación.The following research was carried out in Gildan Rio Nance company, effects that are delaying the process of delivery of the files were identified. The research had a non-experimental quantitative approach with a transactional design, a descriptive scope and a probabilistic type of sample. A questionnaire was consolidated using the Likert Scale, based on the three variables of the investigation, according to the results obtained, the alternativehypothesis was rejected and the nullhypothesis was accepted since the recruitment and selection processes, the effects of the preparation of the files and the skills of the teampossesses do not influence the delivery time of the files to theGildan Rio Nance plants, therefore the improvement proposal consisted of developing an action plan based on the variables that were identified in the research.
