En la presente investigación se da a conocer lo que es la filosofía Lean Manufacturing, como se originó y sus herramientas de aplicación. La investigación recopila las herramientas necesarias para conseguir el aumento de la productividad mediante la eliminación del desperdicio, es decir, eliminar todo aquello que no añade valor al proceso. En la actualidad, las empresas buscan poder ser competitivas en el mercado y están conscientes de que el mercado ha cambiado y de que si siguen haciendo lo mismo obtendrán los mismos resultados. Es por ello, que buscan emprender en el camino de la mejora, garantizando los resultados al implementar la filosofía Lean. En la investigación se propondrá la implementación de herramientas Lean en la empresa DIPRODI S .de R.L. de C.V. para eliminar o reducir las fallas presentes en la eficiencia y procesos internos, haciendo énfasis en los elementos fundamentales para la implementación de esta filosofía, siendo la participación e involucramiento de las personas en la empresa y la capacidad de comunicación con los jefes.In this research it is revealed what Lean Manufacturing philosophy is, how it originated and its application tools. The research collects the tools needed to achieve productivity growth by eliminating waste, that is, eliminating anything that does not add value to the process. Therefore, they seek to embark on the path of improvement, guaranteeing results by implementing Lean philosophy. The research will propose the implementation of Lean tools in the company product DIPRODI S. de .R. L. de C. V. to eliminate or reduce the failures present in efficiency and internal processes, emphasizing the fundamental elements for the implementation of this philosophy, being the participation and involvement of people in the company and the ability to communicate with the bosses.
