| dc.description | El presente documento se ha elaborado con la finalidad de brindar información acerca de las actividades realizadas durante la práctica profesional en el Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Resort, esta empresa se dedica al negocio hotelero y es parte de una de las empresas constructoras más fuertes de la región: Construcciones Hispano-Germanas. Dicha compañía será presentada brevemente para tener un mejor entendimiento de la importancia de la misma. Según la Organización Mundial del Turismo (OMT), la tasa de turistas internacionales que visitan España aumenta con el paso de los años, posicionándolo como uno de los países más visitados de Europa, por lo cual, la calidad de las empresas en un sector con mucho potencial y crecimiento como ser el turismo es de vital importancia. Debido a esta razón fue creado el Instituto para la Calidad Turística Española (ICTE).
