La presente investigación muestra la pre factibilidad de la creación de una empresa prestadora de servicios de consultoría para la implementación de Sistemas de Gestión Integrados, que estará situada en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa. La investigación se realizará mediante la realización de estudios de mercado, técnico, organizacional, financiero, y legal. La implementación de sistemas de gestión integrados ofrece numerosos beneficios a las empresas como ser obtención de nuevos clientes, mejora en sus procesos, reducción de costes, diferenciación de la competencia entre otros. En el proceso de investigación se identificaron algunos aspectos relevantes que muestran claramente la necesidad de una propuesta para la creación de este tipo de empresa que preste consultorías para sistemas de gestión basados en la serie de Normas ISO para mejorar la gestión de empresas en Honduras. El estudio pretende mostrar la conveniencia y necesidad de impulsar la creación y apertura de esta empresa consultora debido a la ausencia de la misma y por los beneficios económicos que se obtendrá a cambio de la prestación de servicios de consultoría a cada empresa.The present investigation shows the pre-feasibility of the creation of a consulting services provider company for the implementation of Integrated Management Systems, which will be located in the city of Tegucigalpa. The research will be carried out through market, technical, organizational, financial and legal studies. The implementation of integrated management systems offers numerous benefits to companies such as obtaining new customers, improving their processes, reducing costs, differentiating the competition among others. In the research process, some relevant aspects were identified that clearly show the need for a proposal for the creation of this type of company that provides consulting services for management systems based on the series of ISO Standards to improve the management of companies in Honduras. The study aims to show the convenience and need to promote the creation and opening of this consulting company due to the absence of the same and the economic benefits that will be obtained in exchange for the provision of consulting services to each company that wishes to request their services.
