El designio de la presente investigación, es realizar un estudio que permita efectuar la ampliación de la cobertura del mecanismo alternativo de la Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Promesa y Esfuerzo, para el apoyo financiero a las comunidades aledañas de la comunidad de La Ciénega, San Antonio de Oriente, esto con el objetivo de fortalecer el crecimiento de la alternativa crediticia en el desarrollo agrícola y lograr satisfacer la demanda de los afiliados de la Caja. Dicha investigación pretende a través de la asesoría en la administración de la cartera crediticia, facilitar la gestión en el otorgamiento a la población el acceso a créditos para el desarrollo de la comunidad de La Ciénega, creando nuevas oportunidades que contribuyen al desarrollo y fortalecimiento de la comunidad. El estudio procura analizar la percepción, aceptación y viabilidad de la expansión de la Caja Rural Promesa y Esfuerzo, develando así aspectos que influyen en el acceso al crédito y mejora en los servicios que se ofrece, del mismo modo permitir con la nueva alternativa facilitar la obtención de información y un medio de motivación a las personas.The purpose of the present investigation is to pursue a study that allows the extended coverage of the mechanism of Rural Cash of Savings and Credit Promesa y Esfuerzo, of financial support for the surrounding communities of the community of La Ciénega, San Antonio de Oriente, with the aim of strengthening the growth of the credit option in agricultural development and to fulfill the demand of the affiliates of the Rural Cash. This investigation pretends through assessment in the administration of the credit portfolio, to help the management of the providing of credits to the population of the community of La Ciénega, creating new opportunities that contribute to the development and strengthening of the community. This study seeks to analyze the perception, acceptance and visibility of the expansion of the Rural Cash Promesa y Esfuerzo, revealing the aspects that influence in the access to credit and the improvements of the servicesthat it offers, in the same way to help through the new alternative to obtain the information and give the people means of motivation.
