Mejora de Rendimientos con producción simultánea al café en Inversiones Conchita, La Iguala, Lempira, es una investigación que busca mejorar la sostenibilidad productiva y financiera, con la utilización de ciertos recursos utilizados por la plantación de café, el cual se quiere llevar como estrategia de utilizar sombra generadora de recurso protegiendo el medio ambiente. Buscando de manera científica, investigar cuales son los cultivos que son amigables con el café y que valores agregados se le puede aplicar a la materia prima, estableciendo una metodología de investigación con enfoque cualitativo, utilizando el método descriptivo y el esquema no experimental, haciendo uso de la entrevista como herramienta de recolección de datos a ingenieros agrónomos dedicados al sector café, productores de café del departamento de Lempira, la cual indico resultados que cultivos amigables con el café que se pueden desarrollar en su mismo ambiente. Por último se elaboró un presupuesto de costos de inversión 5 manzanas en Inversiones Conchita con el objeto de evaluar dos escenarios de rendimiento para definir cuál es el cultivo que se debe invertir de manera simultánea de acuerdo a los recursos disponibles, capacidad técnica y rentabilidad.Improvement of yields with simultaneous production of coffee with investments Conchita, La Iguala, Lempira, is a research that seeks to improve the productive and financial sustainability with the use of certain resources used by the coffee plantation, which is to carry like strategies of utilizing shadow generating resources that will protect the environment. Finally an investment budget of cost was developed for 5 blocks for investments Conchita with the objective to be able to evaluate two scenarios of performance in order to define which is the crop that should be invested in simultaneously according to the available resources, technical capacity and profitability
