En el presente informe muestra la finalidad de realizar una amplia y detallada investigación, para desarrollar la aplicación web del Sistema De Gestión Web Para La Administración De Retribuciones Salariales Variables, el sistema se creó a fin de solventar la problemática presentada por responsables del proceso de administración, aprobación y revisión de las retribuciones que la empresa brinda. Con la implementación de la aplicación web se ha mejorado la efectividad en el proceso y el pago de las retribuciones, a la vez se ha obtenido una mayor seguridad de la información, centralizándola en una base de datos relacionada.This report shows the application of carrying out a wide and specific investigation, to develop the web application of the Web Management System for the Administration of Variable Wages, the system was created in order to solve the problems presented by those responsible for the administration process, approval and review of the compensation that the company provides.
