El Estudio VH se dedica a dar el servicio de maquillaje profesional para eventos sociales, en la zona noroeste de San Pedro Sula, está considera la oportunidad de implementar cursos de maquillaje con técnica básica y técnica avanzan aplicando en la zona urbana de San Pedro Sula. La presente investigación muestra los resultados alcanzados en la zona urbana de San Pedro Sula por me medio de la aplicación de encuesta en línea. Los datos fueron analizados con técnica estadística que comprender el análisis descriptivo y conocer la viabilidad de la implementación de los cursos de maquillaje. El objetivo principal del estudio es determinar la demanda para el Estudio VH, se determinará los requerimientos técnicos y la viabilidad financiera para conocer la rentabilidad del proyecto. La inversión inicial será L.431,370 el cual consiste en adecuación de la luz, pintura y mejorar el ambiente de trabajo, incluye el mobiliario de oficina para la atención de las actividades de los cursos y aspectos legales a cubrir. El cálculo realizado para la VAN fue de L.537,985 siendo positivo, reflejó la recuperación de la inversión en menor del tiempo proyectado, por otro lado, la TIR en este caso fue del 52% por lo que denota un alto retorno a la inversión inicial y muy por encima de lo esperado. Mediante el estudio financiero se determinó que la TIR en el proyecto fue del 52% por lo que se demuestra que si es viable la implementación de los cursos de maquillaje en Estudio VH.Studio VH is dedicated to providing professional makeup services for social events, in the northwestern area o San Pedro Sula, and is considering the opportunity to implement makeup courses with basic techniques and advanced techniques, applying them in the urban area of San Pedro Sula. The data was analyzed with a statistical technique that included the descriptive analysis and the viability of the implementation of the makeup courses. The main objective of the study is to determine the demand for the VH Studio, the technical requirements and the financial viability will be determined to know the profitability of the project. The initial investment will be L.431,370, which consists of adapting the light, painting and improving the work environment, including office furniture to attend the activities of the courses and legal aspects to be covered. The calculation made for the NPV was L.537,985, being positive, it reflects the recovery of the investment in less than the projected time, on the other hand the IRR in this case was 52%, which denotes a high return on the initial investment and much higher than expected. Through the financial study, it was determined that the IRR in the project was 52%, which shows that the implementation of makeup courses in Studio VH is feasible.
