El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal realizar un análisis sobre los beneficios de implementar un sistema para automatizar el proceso de gestión de proyectos en el departamento denominado Entrega de Servicios al Consumidor en la empresa XYZ. Se hará una evaluación de los efectos que tendría la automatización de dicho proceso y como se verán impactados los tiempos de entrega hacia el área comercial, así como una estimación de la metodología de desarrollo de software existentes más propicia para el nuevo sistema.The main objective of this study is to analyze the benefits of implementing a software system to automate the process of project management carried out by Consumer Service Delivery department at XYZ Company. An evaluation of the effects that the automation of this process would have in the department metrics will be done as well as how the projects delivery times to the commercial areas will be impacted by this new implementation taking into account what would be the most appropriate software development methodology to design the new system.
