El propósito de este trabajo tiene como eje principal el Sistema de Administración Financiera Integrada (SIAFI), tomando en consideración la satisfacción de los usuarios de la Secretaría de Finanzas y por ser el principal sistema de gestión de la República de Honduras, e identificar el grado de aceptación de los empleados de la Secretaría de Estado mencionada, las herramientas utilizadas fueron encuesta dirigida al personal que mantiene un perfil de usuario de las diversas direcciones o unidades de apoyo a lo interno de la SEFIN, entrevista con expertos en los que es el SIAFI, y que al igual que los usuarios han manejado esta herramienta. Los principales hallazgos identificados durante la investigación, se identificó que la mayoría de los usuarios se encuentran satisfechos con los servicios y la atención que se brinda y que les facilita el desarrollo de sus actividades diarias, la principal debilidad la constituye la rigidez de la estructura tecnológica del sistema en la que se encuentra actualmente.The purpose of this paper is the main axis Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS), taking into account the user satisfaction of the Ministry of Finance and as the main management system of the Republic of Honduras, and identify the degree acceptance of employees of the Secretary of State mentioned, the tools used were survey for staff that maintains a user profile of the various directions or support units internally SEFIN, interviews with experts in the which is the IFMS and that as users have run this tool. The main findings identified during the investigation, it was identified that the majority of users are satisfied with the services and care provided to them and facilitates the development of their daily activities, the main weakness is the rigidity of the technological structure system in which it is currently located.
