dc.descriptionEl proyecto presente en este informe representa, documenta y detalla cada parte de una mejora muy importante para la planta textil de RLA Manufacturing, la cual detalla todo el proceso que se realizó para poder llevar a cabo toda la implementación y el desarrollo de este proyecto en la planta. En primer lugar se detallan todos los antecedentes, la causa y el origen de donde surge el problema y como éste afecta de manera significativa la eficiencia de la empresa y en especial la de los técnicos de mantenimiento. Detalla y explica la importancia del mantenimiento preventivo en las máquinas industriales y cómo logramos alargar la vida útil de ellas, además nos explica cómo el proyecto aplicado con un micro-autómata logramos ser capaces de poder contabilizar las horas de trabajo de cada máquina y llevar un registro completo de esto y lograr planear de manera correcta su próximo mantenimiento al tiempo correcto que indica el manual. También nos muestra cómo se realizaron las conexiones y el etiquetado para poder monitorear las diferentes máquinas de agrupamiento de loteo con el LOGO, siguiente a esto, enseña la manera en que se programó el LOGO y las funciones utilizadas en el editor de diagramas. Específica los resultados que se obtuvieron con la implementación de este proyecto en la planta y los beneficios que se ganaron por llevar un correcto mantenimiento preventivo en estas máquinas de agrupamiento.
dc.descriptionThe project present in this report represents, documents and details each part of a very important improvement for the textile plant of RLA Manufacturing, which details the entire process that was carried out to be able to carry out all the implementation and development of this project in plant. In the first place, all the background, the cause and the origin of the problem arise and how it significantly affects the efficiency of the company and especially that of the maintenance technicians. Details and explains the importance of preventive maintenance in industrial machines and how we extend their useful life, also explains how the project applied with a micro-automaton we managed to be able to count the hours of work of each machine and bring a complete record of this and manage to plan correctly your next maintenance at the correct time indicated in the manual. It also shows us how the connections and labeling were made in order to monitor the different batch machines with the LOGO, following this, it shows the way in which the LOGO was programmed and the functions used in the diagram editor. Specifies the results that were obtained with the implementation of this project in the plant and the benefits that were gained by carrying a correct preventive maintenance in these batching machines. In the last chapter we present the conclusions reached with the study and implementation of this project, which answer the objectives. And it ends with the recommendations that were given both for the company where the project was carried out, and for the university.
