La falta de asistencia por parte de los aficionados ha afectado a la Liga Nacional de Fútbol, esta investigación se centra en los equipos de Tegucigalpa los cuales son Club Olimpia Deportivo y Club Deportivo Motagua; los cuales no cuentan con un plan estratégico para lograr que las personas asistan con mayor frecuencia a ver los partidos de fútbol. Mediante un diseño de investigación mixto, se analizaron los motivos por los cuales los aficionados han dejado se asistir al estadio Tiburcio Carias Andino. Según los resultados las principales causas son: la inseguridad que existe en el estadio como a sus alrededores, la falta de control de barras y las instalaciones. Para resolver dicha problemática se ha recomendado a los equipos de Tegucigalpa realizar un plan estratégico donde se realicen mejoras en las instalaciones, un carnet para tener un control en las barras, promociones y mejorar la seguridad tanto dentro como alrededor del estadio Tiburcio Carias Andino, de esta manera lograr que los aficionados tengan la comodidad y seguridad de asistir a presenciar los partidos de fútbol de su equipo.The lack of assistance from the fans has affected the National Soccer League of Honduras. This investigation will be focused in the teams of Tegucigalpa, which are Club Olimpia Deportivo y Club Deportivo Motagua; both teams don’t have a strategic plan to accomplish the assistance of the fans more often to the stadium. In the research done using qualitative and quantitative methods, there will be an analysis in which the fans will reflect their motives for the lack of assistance to the stadium Tiburcio Carias Andino. As a result the principal causes are: Insecurity, which exists in the stadium and its surroundings, the lack of control of the supporters or wild fans and the bad infrastructure of the building. In order to solve all the problematic we have recommended that the teams of Tegucigalpa should have a strategic plan in which they do a reconstruction of the infrastructure, acquire a carnet for the wild fans of each team, and better security in the stadium and its surroundings, with the characteristics metion previously we will accomplish security and commodity for the fans to assist and watch soccer game of their teams.
