Cada día la tecnología juega un papel muy importante en la labor docente y en el portafolio se evidencia cada uno de los aspectos que se desarrollan dentro y fuera de las aulas de clase. El objetivo de este estudio es resaltar la importancia del portafolio digital en la labor docente en el sector no gubernamental, debido a que los educandos tienen cada vez más accesibles instrumentos electrónicos por lo tanto el uso de un portafolio digital debe ser para el docente hondureño una prioridad para no quedarse estancados en términos de tecnología. Con este objetivo la pregunta de investigación es: ¿Cómo influye el portafolio digital en la labor docente del distrito 21 de la ciudad de San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras? En el que el portafolio digital se convierte en una herramienta que sirve para evidenciar su trabajo especialmente al momento de la evaluación docente. Entre los resultados de nuestra investigación se destaca que los docentes que participaron en el estudio dicen que el portafolio digital docente es de mucha importancia y más del 30% de los docentes participantes, no han recibido capacitación en cuanto a la elaboración del portafolio digital además que se ha destacado que ellos poseen las herramientas tecnológicas necesarias para la elaboración del mismo.Every day technology plays a very important role in teaching and the portfolio shows each of the aspects that are developed inside and outside the classroom. The objective of this study is to highlight the importance of the digital portfolio in teaching labor in the non-governmental sector, due to the fact that students have more and more accessible electronic instruments, therefore the use of a digital portfolio should be for the Honduran teacher a priority so as not to get stuck in terms of technology. With this objective, the research question is: How does the digital portfolio influence the teaching work of the 21st district of the city of San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Honduras? In which the digital portfolio becomes a tool that serves to demonstrate their work especially at the time of the teacher evaluation. Among the results of our research, it stands out that the teachers who participated in the study say that the teaching digital portfolio is of great importance and more than 30% of the participating teachers have not received training in the preparation of the digital portfolio in addition to that It has been highlighted that they have the necessary technological tools to prepare it.
