El presente estudio de pre-factibilidad muestra el establecimiento de un centro de entretenimiento dedicado a proporcionar un servicio especializado en niños; el nombre del establecimiento es “SPRINGS”. Está orientado a satisfacer las necesidades de diversión y recreación de los niños así como la facilidad de sus padres o encargados de poder encontrar un cómodo y amplio ambiente ubicado en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa. Como principal atractivo, el centro cuenta con inflables y juegos recreativos diversos, un área de descanso para padres y una cafetería. A través del estudio, se comprobó el potencial del establecimiento y la determinación de la demanda potencial que es de 2,240 niños mensuales, así como la orientación de la oferta de servicios según las necesidades que la mayoría de los padres de familia tienen como la de un lugar seguro, higiénico, con calidad en el servicio, que sea de precio razonable y con una buena ubicación. Además se analizaron los diversos lugares que tienen características similares y están ubicados en Tegucigalpa que son visitados por la mayoría, entre los que podemos mencionar Restaurantes de Comida Rápida, Placita de Susy, Nova Park y Chiminike. En cuanto a las fuentes de financiamiento, se determinó que serán dos, la primera será Banco Hondureño del Café S.A. (BANHCAFE) y la segunda será con fondos propios. El centro de entretenimiento tiene como objetivo brindar la oportunidad a las personas de pasar un rato agradable con sus familias y amigos, ofreciendo un centro de diversión de inflables al alcance de todos.The present prefeasibility study shows the establishment of an entertainment center dedicated to provide a specialized service for kids; the name of the center is “SPRINGS”. It is orientated to satisfy the fun and recreational necessities of the children as well as accommodating the parents in a comfortable and ample place located in the city of Tegucigalpa. The main attractions of the center are the inflatable toys and other recreational games, a resting place and a cafeteria. Through this study, it was possible to determine the possibility of establishing this center and the determination of the potential demand which would of 2,240 kids per month; it was also able to direct the service offer according to the needs of the majority of the parents; for example, that it be located in a safe place, that it is clean and hygienic, with an excellent quality service and reasonable prices. Also, it analyzes the different entertainment centers with similar characteristics and that are located in Tegucigalpa, among them Fast Food Restaurants, Placita de Susy, Nova Park and Chiminike. Relating to the financing sources, it was determined that there would be two of them, the first would be through Banco Hondureño del Café S.A. (BANHCAFE) and the second would be the use of the investors’ funds. The entertainment center’s goal is to provide the opportunity for people to have a fun time with their families and friends by offering them a center full of inflatable toys at prices that anyone can afford.
