El propósito de esta investigación es sustentar científica y técnicamente el desarrollo de una propuesta de valor que permita la comercialización del café producido en la finca La Conchita; situada en municipio de El Paraíso en el departamento del mismo nombre; mediante la implementación de una tienda Coffee Shop Gourmet en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa; que sea la vitrina por medio de la cual su propia marca de café se dé a conocer en el mercado capitalino. La propuesta o estudio de prefactibilidad se acompaña de un análisis de riesgos bajo el estándar del PMI®. Se concluye que este tipo de negocio es rentable y por ende la aceptación por parte del consumidor es muy alta. Sobre los riesgos existentes, se debe implementar un plan de mitigación que permita reducirlos de manera aceptable.The purpose of this research is to support scientific and technical development of a value proposition that allows the marketing of coffee produced on the farm La Conchita; located in the municipality of El Paraíso in the Department of the same name; through the implementation of a store Coffee Shop Gourmet in the city of Tegucigalpa; be the window through which its own brand of coffee is given in the capital market. The proposal or prefeasibility study is accompanied by a low risk analysis standard of the PMI®. It is concluded that this type of business is profitable and therefore the consumer acceptance is very high. About the existing risks, it must implement a mitigation plan that allows to reduce them acceptably.
