Este informe de práctica profesional contempla diez semanas de trabajo en la empresa de Industrias Metálicas SA (INMSA ARGO INTERNATIONAL S.A DE C.V.). La cual es una empresa con años de experiencia, enfocada principalmente en la parte de la estructura metálica, así como en la parte del diseño y construcción de proyectos. Como objetivo general se planteó el adquirir nuevos conocimientos que solidifiquen las bases de lo enseñado en la universidad, al igual que poner en práctica todos los conocimientos adquiridos en las clases de la carrera de Ingeniería Civil, brindando apoyo a la empresa. La primera semana se me pidió llegar el día jueves para el área de Gestión de Calidad o QSA para darme una pequeña inducción de la bioseguridad y seguridad dentro de la empresa así como a lo que se dedicaban en la empresa y en el área en el que se me asigno por parte de la Ing. Kenia Meza siendo ella la Gerente del Área de Gestión de Sistemas, la inducción sobre toda la instalación el funcionamiento, sus procesos, y demás me lo dio el Asistente de la Gerente De Planta el Ing. Johan Reyes, explicándome un poco de lo que yo debía hacer estando en esa área en la parte de planta con los procesos de los materiales que aquí se trabajan, y ya por ultimo recibí la última inducción por parte de mi jefe inmediato explicándome lo que aquí uno iba a encontrar, la forma de trabajo, los documentos con los que íbamos a trabajar, los formatos, los reportes, las pruebas o ensayos que estamos permitidos realizar dentro de la instalación dependiendo el tipo de pieza que se evaluaría o estructura que necesitase alguna revisión, las visitas a proyectos, las auditorias que se harían a los distintos proyectos, la evaluación a estos y que en caso tuviera dudas o consultas el estaría ahí respondiéndomelas todas sin ningún problema que para eso esta||This professional practice report contemplates ten weeks of work in the company of Industrias Metálicas SA (INMSA ARGO INTERNATIONAL S.A DE C.V.).
