En el presente informe se encuentra documentado en detalle el análisis del manejo de un punto de venta y como este integran sus ventas, compras e inventarios. La investigación tuvo como fin de determinar una manera eficiente del manejo del punto de venta, al mismo tiempo determinar deficiencias, oportunidades de mejora. Analizar herramientas de ayuda para la administración eficiente del punto de venta y cuales ofrecen mejoras. Para la investigación se tomaron datos de fuentes bibliográficas diversas, también el uso de técnicas de encuestas, como cuestionarios y entrevistas a personas afines al manejo del área del puesto de venta y dueños de negocios. La investigación se enfocó en determinar, mediante este grupo de personas debido a su experiencia en el área, que existe una necesidad de fortalecer los procesos y mejor coordinación.In this report, the analysis of the management of a point of sale and how it integrates its sales, purchases and inventories is documented in detail.
