| dc.description | El área donde se realizó la práctica es Environment, Health y Safety (EHs) o salud ocupacional, esta área hace referencia a prevenir y proteger riesgos físicos y psicológicos dentro de la empresa, siendo la encargada de apoyar en las actividades relacionadas con salud mental, así mismo dando apoyo en otras áreas como Recursos Humanos. En las primeras semanas se brindó una inducción sobre que significa el departamento como tal junto con sus necesidades y previos diagnósticos que habían realizado. Las personas encargadas manifestaron lo que ocupaban que realizara durante el periodo de la práctica profesional. Se comenzó a realizar material sobre psicoeducación, poniendo en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera profesional. Se dio la oportunidad de aprender sobre otros departamentos, Recursos Humanos, Marketing y administración que sin duda agregaron al crecimiento profesional.
En las actividades ejecutadas durante el periodo de práctica profesional, se aprendió a manejar diferentes situaciones de la manera más asertiva, brindando soluciones a las diferentes solicitudes por parte de la empresa del modo más eficiente y eficaz posible. Se pusieron en práctica las diferentes habilidades adquiridas durante la pasantía realizada en la misma institución universitaria donde se adquirieron los conocimientos previos a la licenciatura en Psicología. Dentro de las actividades realizadas se dejó material sicoeducativo para el uso de la organización. La empresa se maneja de manera distinta en cuanto al trato con servicio al cliente y sus colaboradores, validando que sus principios y valores son no solo nombrados, si no empleados y demostrados abiertamente a todo el que ingrese a Cargill de Honduras. | |
| dc.description | The area where the internship took place is Environment, Health and Safety (EHs) or occupational health, this area refers to prevent and protect physical and psychological risks within the company, being in charge of supporting activities related to mental health, as well as giving support in other areas such as Human Resources. In the first weeks, an induction was given on the meaning of the department as such, together with its needs and previous diagnoses that had been made. The people in charge stated what they needed me to do during the internship period. We started to make material on psychoeducation, putting into practice the knowledge acquired during the professional career. There was the opportunity to learn about other departments, Human Resources, Marketing and administration, which undoubtedly added to professional growth.
In the activities carried out during the professional practice period, we learned to handle different situations in the most assertive way, providing solutions to the different requests from the company in the most efficient and effective way possible. The different skills acquired during the internship were put into practice in the same university institution where the knowledge acquired prior to the degree in Psychology was acquired. Among the activities carried out, psycho-educational material was left for the use of the organization. The company handles itself differently in terms of customer service and its collaborators, validating that its principles and values are not only named, but also employed and openly demonstrated to everyone who enters Cargill de Honduras. | |
