En este proyecto de investigación se determina por medio de un estudio de pre factibilidad la creación de un Centro de Servicios Especializado en Llantas, el cual su principal función es ofrecer servicios de alineación y balanceo de llantas para vehículos en la ciudad de La Paz, ya que actualmente esta ciudad carece de una empresa que preste los servicios anteriormente mencionados, por tanto esta situación obliga a los usuarios de vehículos visitar centros de servicios en otras ciudades más cercanas aumentando con ello el costo que deben incurrir. Por tal motivo se ha desarrollado el presente estudio y determinar la viabilidad desde el punto de vista de mercado, técnico y financiero para montar el centro y de esta manera preste servicios de manera eficiente y de calidad, ya que este contara con todos los implementos y herramientas necesarias.The objective of this research project is to determine through a feasibility study the creation of a service center specialized on tires, whose main function is to offer tire alignment and balancing services for vehicles in the city of La Paz, since currently this city is lacking a company that offers the aforementioned services, therefore this situation obliges vehicle users to visit service centers in other cities nearby increasing the cost that is inherent to it. For this reason the present study has been developed to determine viability from a market, technical and financial standpoint to be able to establish the center and this way lend the services in a manner that is efficient along with providing quality, since this center will count with all the necessary tools and implements.
