| dc.description | El presente estudio se desarrolló con el propósito de evaluar y determinar la pre-factibilidad de implementar un bar de juegos en el Distrito Central, Fco. Morazán, Honduras. Dicha iniciativa de negocios fue evaluada en tres aspectos fundamentalmente: a nivel mercadológico, técnico y financiero. Previo a determinar la viabilidad de dicho proyecto, se realizó una investigación de tipo mixto, para obtener a través de la aplicación de una encuesta y el método de observación, datos cualitativos y cuantitativos de primera mano para luego ser analizados y determinar la pre – factibilidad de dicho proyecto. Se encontró que 65.10% de la población seleccionada para el estudio se manifestó a favor de dicha iniciativa entre personas que no frecuentan bares en el Distrito Central y las que si lo hacen. Además se determinó que el costo de la inversión inicial del proyecto sometido a estudio es de L. 1,934,533.95, obteniendo una tasa interna de retorno de 72% sin financiamiento y un periodo de recuperación de la inversión de 1 año y 4 meses, por tanto, se concluyó que el proyecto es rentable los tres aspectos y se recomendó llevar a cabo el mismo. | |
| dc.description | The present study was developed with the purpose of evaluating and determining the pre-feasibility of implementing a bar game in the Central District, Fco. Morazán, Honduras. This business initiative was evaluated mainly at three levels: marketing, technical and financial. Prior to determining the feasibility of such a project, a mixed-type research was carried out, to get through the application of a survey and observation method, qualitative and quantitative firsthand data for further analysis to determine the pre - feasibility of the project. It was found that 65.10% of the population selected for the study were in favor of this initiative among people who do not frequent bars in the Central District and those who do. In addition, it was determined that the cost of the initial investment of the project under study is L. 1,934,533.95, giving an internal rate of return of 72% unfunded and a payback period of 1 year and 7 months, therefore, we concluded that the business initiative is profitable in the three aspects and it is recommended to carry out the project. | |
