La presente tesis titulada ‘’ ESTUDIO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA PROCESAR Y EXPORTAR CAFÉ DE EL PARAÍSO, EL PARAÍSO HACIA EL EXTRANJERO’’ se llevó a cabo con el propósito de contribuir al desarrollo de la Finca Las Nubes, determinando la factibilidad al realizar la inversión de acondicionamiento y compra de la maquinaria necesaria para la producción de café que pueda exportarse. La metodología utilizada fue con un enfoque cuantitativo; se realizaron entrevistas a los productores, las intermediarias y las exportadoras. Se obtuvo información para comprender las condiciones actuales del comercio de café de la zona y la aceptación del servicio de beneficiado por los productores vecinos; también, la preferencia de la compra de café beneficiado, en vez de café uva por las exportadoras a un mejor precio que las intermediarias. Los resultados de la investigación establecieron que el proyecto es factible, ya que el estudio financiero demostró rentabilidad, porque el endeudamiento es bajo y la recuperación de la inversión inicial se realiza en un periodo corto. Además, el estudio mercadológico demostró que Finca Las Nubes obtendría un mayor poder de negociación con las exportadoras y con los productores, si instala el beneficio a un buen precio de venta. Finalmente, se recomendó realizar la inversión por la rentabilidad mostrada.The current thesis titled ‘’VIABILITY STUDY FOR THE PRODUCTION AND EXPORTATION OF COFFEE IN EL PARAÍSO, EL PARAÍSO TO ABROAD’’ was made for the purpose of contribute for the develop of Las Nubes Estate, determining the viability by doing the investment to have the conditions and acquisition of the necessary machinery for the production of coffee that can be exported. The methodology applied with a quantitative research was made through interviews to the nearby producers, intermediaries, and the exporters; from which was obtain information to understand the actual conditions of the coffee commerce in the zone. These determined the acceptancy of the beneficiation service for the nearby producers, and the preference of buying beneficiated coffee instead of cherry coffee from the exporters in a more profitable price than the intermediaries. The results of the investigation determined that the project is feasible. The finance study showed that is profitable, the indebtedness is low and the recovery time for the initial investment it is in a short period. Also, the marketing study showed that Las Nubes Estate will obtain a greater power of negotiation with the exporters and with the producers, if they install the beneficiation service. Finally, we strongly recommend perform the investment because of the profitability showed.
