El propósito de la presente investigación, es realizar un estudio que permita llevar la dirección administrativa de la empresa Copan Cargo & Logistic, expandiendo sus operaciones en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa, esto con la finalidad de contribuir al crecimiento de la empresa y lograr satisfacer la demanda de los clientes que importan bienes del extranjero, dicha investigación pretende a través de la dirección administrativa de Copan Cargo & Logistic, facilitar a los clientes el acceso a vías alternativas de entrega de sus artículos en el menor tiempo posible y atención al cliente, creando nuevas oportunidades que contribuyen a la administración de la empresa. El estudio procura analizar la percepción, aceptación y viabilidad en la administración de la empresa Copan Cargo & Logistic, develando así aspectos que influyen en la administración de la empresa y mejora en los servicios que se ofrece, del mismo modo permitir con la expansión de la empresa en los servicios de importación.The purpose of the present investigation is to realize a study that allows to take direction of the company, expanding its operations in Tegucigalpa city, this with the finality of contributing to the growth of the Company and to satisfy the demand of customer who import goods, this investigation pretends through the administrative direction of Copan Cargo & Logistic, to easy provide customers with access to alternative ways to deliver their items in the shortest possible time and customer service, creating new opportunities that contribute to the management of the Company.
