La presente investigación se realizó con propósito de evaluar la falta de incentivos laborales que generan la lata rotación del personal en una compañía farmacéutica en Honduras, con el objetivo de disminuir los costos que esto genera para la empresa y disminuir la alta rotación. El presente estudio se enmarco en un enfoque mixto con un alcance exploratorio descriptivo, en el cual se recopilo información a través de la aplicación de encuestas, entrevista y grupo focal. De acuerdo al análisis de las respuestas se concluyó que los empleados no estaban satisfechos laborando dentro de la empresa ya que no reciben incentivos laborales tal y como lo hacen otras casas farmacéuticas, es por eso que hemos creado un plan de mejora en donde el empleado sea el beneficiado de acuerdo al cumplimiento de sus metas acompañado de capacitaciones que ayuden a fortalecer y mejorar su rendimiento positivamente dentro de la empresa y que no repercutan en la rentabilidad de la empresa.The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the lack of work incentives generated by the rotation of the staff of pharmaceutical company Honduras, with the objective of reducing the costs that this generates for the company and reducing the high turnover. The present study is framed in a mixed approach with an exploratory descriptive scope, in which information is collected through the application of surveys, interviews and a focus group. According to the analysis of the answers it was concluded that the employees were not satisfied working inside the company since they do not receive work incentives as other pharmaceutical houses do, that is why we have created an improvement plan where the employee is the beneficiary according to the fulfillment of their goals accompanied by training that helps strengthen and improve their performance positively within the company and that does not affect the profitability of the company.
