En el presente trabajo se relatarán las diferentes actividades realizadas por la practicante en el período académico con el fin de obtener conocimiento que le permita alcanzar un mejor desempeño en el rubro laboral, de forma exitosa las cuales se puedan ver reflejadas a través de resultados positivos y eficientes. La práctica profesional fue realizada en la empresa Blackbeard Media Group, la cual tiene como misión llevar a sus clientes al logro de sus metas por medio de consultorías apoyadas en diseño y comunicación de alto nivel. Durante el periodo de diez semanas la practicante realizó trabajos que le ayudaron a obtener mayor crecimiento personal tanto como en crecimiento profesional dado que las diferentes enseñanzas podrán ser aplicadas de una manera oportuna en la futura competencia laboral, debido a dichos conocimientos se obtuvo un mejor uso de los diferentes programas de diseño empleados de forma diaria en el área creativa. Se le asignó a la practicante la responsabilidad y oportunidad de crear diseños para redes sociales tanto como para impresión y diversas tareas que abrieron la puerta a nuevos conocimientos y puntos de vista sobre las diferentes formas en las cuales se pueden realizar los diferentes diseños de una manera más eficiente. Se puede concluir que durante el periodo de tiempo el practicante ha logrado observar los puntos de mejora de la empresa tanto como las diferentes fortalezas de las misma, buscando así las propuestas que mejor puedan adaptarse a las necesidades actuales de la empresa, al igual que se busca adquirir conocimiento para poder aprovechar las futuras oportunidades que se presenten a futuro, el conocimiento obtenido durante este periodo de tiempo es información invaluable en la vida del practicante, ayudándole a adaptarse a este a través de las diferentes enseñanzas otorgadas.In the following work, the different activities carried out by the intern in the academic period will be reported in order to obtain knowledge that allows her to achieve a better performance in the labor field in a successful way which can be reflected through positive results and efficiency. The professional internship was carried out in the Blackbeard Media Group company, whose mission is to lead its clients to the achievement of their goals through consultancies supported by high-level design and communication. During the ten-week period, the intern carried out work that helped her obtain greater personal growth as well as professional growth since the different lessons can be applied in a timely manner in the future work duties. Due to such knowledge a better use was obtained of the different design programs used daily in the creative area. The intern was assigned the responsibility and opportunity to create designs for social media and for printed media. These tasks opened the door to new knowledge and views on the various ways in which different designs can be made more efficient. It can be concluded that during this period the intern has managed to observe the points of improvement as well as the different strengths of the company, therefore looking for the proposals that can best adapt to the current needs of the company. At the same time the intern acquired knowledge to take advantage of opportunities that arise in the future. The knowledge obtained during this period of time is invaluable information for the intern’s future, helping her to adapt to it through the different teachings obtained.
