| dc.description | El propósito de la investigación es la evaluación de la inversión y la calidad educativa de un centro educativo bilingüe en residencial Villa Foresta, Tegucigalpa. Tiene un alcance descriptivo, ya que permite un análisis detallado de las unidades de estudio, lo cual conlleva variables de estudio específicas, Además de la utilización de instrumentos de recolección de datos, utilizando un enfoque mixto, al realizar un análisis cuantitativo por medio de la encuesta a la población de residencial Villa Foresta y un análisis cualitativo por medio de la entrevista en instituciones bilingües a directores educativos. Esta información recopilada permitió concluir que el proyecto tiene una inversión de L. 2, 591,286.60, como escenario optimista con un VAN de L.723,138.53 una tasa interna de retorno de 7% en el escenario más probable. La población aceptó el proyecto, donde un 78.5% estuvo de acuerdo con la creación del centro educativo bilingüe, y un 77.7% están dispuestos a matricular sus hijos, motivo por el cual el Proyecto es viable. | |
| dc.description | The purpose of the investigation is the evaluation of the investment and the educational quality of a bilingual educational center in Residencial Villa Foresta, Tegucigalpa. It has a descriptive scope, since it allows a detailed analysis of the study units, which entails specific study variables, in addition to the use of data collection instruments, using a mixed approach, when performing a quantitative analysis by means of the survey of the population of residential Villa Foresta and a qualitative analysis through the interview in bilingual institutions to educational directors. This information compiled allowed us to conclude that the project has an investment of Lps2, 591,286.60, a NPV of L. 952,750.51 an internal rate of return of 8%. The population accepted the project, where 78.5% were in agreement with the creation of the bilingual educational center, and 77.7% are willing to enroll their children, which is why the Project is viable. | |
