La presente investigación tiene como objetivo describir el ambiente de trabajo del personal en Almacén de Producto Terminado de la Compañía Azucarera Tres Valles, mediante la descripción de las condiciones de seguridad, condiciones de higiene y tipos de riesgos, con la finalidad de determinar la brecha existente y proponer un plan de mejora con base en los lineamientos de la Norma ISO 45001:2018 de Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. Para el estudio se utilizó un enfoque de investigación mixto, realizando un análisis cuantitativo a través de la recolección de datos a partir de la aplicación de encuestas a los niveles operativos y jefaturas, y para el análisis cualitativo se entrevistó a jefes y se utilizó el método de observación directa. Con el resultado de la investigación se sugiere que la Compañía pueda aplicar su metodología en las diferentes áreas, mejorando así la gestión en materia de salud y seguridad laboral.The objective of this research work is to describe the work environment of the personnel in the Finished Product Warehouse of the Tres Valles Sugar Company, by describing the safety conditions, hygiene conditions and types of risks, in order to determine the existing gap and propose an improvement plan in accordance with the guidelines of the ISO 45001: 2018 Standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. For the study, a mixed research was used, performing a quantitative analysis through the collection of data from surveys applied at the operational and headquarter levels, and a qualitative analysis, heads were interviewed, and the method of direct observation was used. With the result of the investigation, it is suggested that the Company can apply its methodology in different areas, thus improving the management of health and safety at work.
