El presente informe, se basa en la elaboración de un plan estratégico, para ayudar a mejorar los problemas que tienen los pequeños productores de café en grano, al momento de venderlo, ya que su precio repercute en la recuperación de sus gastos y obtener una ganancia que sea rentable. Los pequeños productores no pueden exportar directamente, tampoco tienen un alto financiamiento para poder producir una cifra sustancial, tampoco poseen las herramientas necesarias para llevar el producto directamente a las grandes comercializadoras, por ende, lo venden a intermediarios, quienes ofrecen un precio muy por debajo de lo lucrativo, y se dedican a distribuirlo por medio de convenios convirtiéndose en comerciantes medianos, obteniendo así un fuerte capital. En los diferentes capítulos se realizó un estudio utilizando la aplicación de encuestas y entrevistas dirigidas a pequeños productores del departamento de Francisco Morazán, concretamente Guaimaca, para recopilar datos con el fin de analizar las opiniones sobre el impacto económico que se espera respecto a la producción de café en grano.The current report is based on the elaboration of a strategic plan, to help enhance the problems that the limited producers of coffee beans show now of selling it, since the price of the coffee affects not only the recovery of their expenses but also to obtain an acquisition that is profitable for them. Limited producers cannot export directly and also they lack high financing to produce a substantial amount, they do not have the abilities or the sources to take the product directly to the developed traders, as a result, they seem to only have the opportunity to sell it among intermediaries, who offer a low price which seems extremely below from the lucrative one, they show to be dedicated to distribute their product through agreements becoming medium-sized traders, although obtaining a strong capital. In the distinct chapters a study was carried out using the application of interviews directed to limited producers of the department of Francisco Morazán, specifically Guaimaca, to collect data to analyze the opinions on the economic impact that is expected with respect to coffee production in grain.
