El presente trabajo es una investigación sobre el pre factibilidad de la instalación de un complejo deportivo en la ciudad de Comayagua, que permitió a los inversionistas tener información al alcance sobre el entorno del servicio, la aceptabilidad, las necesidades de inversión, la rentabilidad esperada y el tiempo necesario para visualizar los resultados del proyecto. Para el trabajo, se identificaron las variables de estudio y se consultaron fuentes de información fidedignas que respaldaran el trabajo, el análisis se realizó mediante la aplicación de un cuestionario de mercado, el cual demostró que existe 35% de las personas entrevistadas les gusta el fútbol, estaban dispuestas a asistir al complejo y hacer uso de sus servicios. La inversión inicial se estimó en L. 1,997,932.64. Considerando los flujos de efectivo del proyecto en un horizonte de 5 años el Valor Presente Neto de la inversión fue de L. 2,764,340.41, la Tasa Interna de Retorno para el proyecto resultó en 28%, el período de recuperación de la inversión se calculó en 3 años.The present work is an investigation into the feasibility of installing a sports complex in the city of Comayagua, which allowed investors to have information about the service environment, acceptability, investment needs, expected profitability and the time needed to visualize the results of the project. For the study, the study variables were identified and reliable sources of information were consulted to support the work. The analysis was carried out through the application of a market questionnaire, which showed that 35% of people interviewed liked football, were willing to attend the resort and make use of their services. Considering the cash flows of the project in a horizon of five years the net present value of the investment was L. 2,764,340.41, the Internal Rate of Return for the project resulted in 28%, the investment recovery period was calculated in 3 years.
