El presente documento tiene como objetivo principal brindar una tesis de investigación la cual beneficie a Manufactura Tegu a mejorar la gestión de riesgo operacional por medio de la identificación, medición y monitoreo de las actividades diarias que expongan a la empresa a cualquier tipo de riesgo operacional. Se identificó las principales necesidades de la empresa y se procedió a brindarles sugerencias y soluciones a los problemas encontrados, de tal manera, generar un mejor desempeño en dichos procesos, ya que los incidentes presentados han generado pérdidas financieras las cuales se detallarán más adelante.The main objective of this document is to provide a research thesis that will benefit Manufactura Tegu to improve operational risk management through the identification, measurement and monitoring of its daily activities that expose the company to any type of operational risk. We identified the main needs of the company and proceeded to provide solutions to the problem identified and generate a better performance in processes and financially since the incidents that have occurred have generated financial losses which are detailed further on.
