El objetivo principal de la  investigación fue identificar en el mercado oportunidades, mediante un estudio de pre factibilidad para analizar el grado de aceptación y preferencia por parte de los padres de familia, así como aspectos financieros y rentabilidad a considerar para la creación de un centro de educación secundaria bilingüe bajo la supervisión de UNITEC en la ciudad de Tegucigalpa. El estudio de la investigación se ejecutó por medio de un análisis con enfoque cuantitativo el cual evalúa los aspectos y factores numéricos que determinan apreciaciones y aproximaciones para una mejor toma de decisiones. El mercando analizado ofrece buenas condiciones y oportunidades para que UNITEC ofrezca los servicios de educación secundaria bilingüe bajo su supervisión, el proyecto muestra factibilidad y rentabilidad para ser ejecutado a futuro.This thesis has been carried out in compliance with the requirements for a master's degree in Business Management with Focus on Finance. The main objective of the research was to identify opportunities in the market, through a pre-feasibility study to analyze the degree of acceptance and preference of the parents, as well as profitability and financial aspects to consider for the creation of a center bilingual secondary school under the supervision of UNITEC in Tegucigalpa. The research study was carried out through an analysis with quantitative approach which assesses aspects and factors that determine numerical insights and approaches for better decision -making. The analyzed market applications offers good conditions and opportunities for UNITEC offer bilingual services under the supervision of secondary education, the project shows the feasibility and profitability to be executed in the future.
