El presente proyecto tiene como finalidad dar a conocer si es factible la agricultura urbana sostenible en la ciudad de San Pedro sula, este surge ya que actualmente la facilidad para obtener los alimentos debido a la aparición de la pandemia se ha vuelto más difícil, asimismo se conoce que los principales problemas de salud corresponden a la mala alimentación ya que la población incluye en sus hábitos alimenticios comidas procesadas y no así hortalizas y verduras. El proyecto de agricultura sostenible es valioso porque proporciona alimentos frescos, tener un huerto en casa en el que se tenga un espacio mínimo de 1m² resultaría beneficioso para la población ya que podrá tener a su alcance alimentos libres de pesticidas y a la hora que los necesite ya que son manipulados por ellos mismos sin que interfieran terceros. Este proyecto contribuiría positivamente a la salud y también a sus finanzas ya que podría ahorrarse por el tiempo que considere y que mantenga su huerto, la compra de verduras y hortalizas en el supermercado. Los ingresos serán obtenidos por la venta de los modelos, kit de herramientas y suscripciones de los clientes las cuales incluyen la instalación del huerto y las plantas que se puedan organizar de acuerdo con el modelo que adquieran y según la estación en la que se encuentren. Se necesitan L 268,110.45 para la creación de esta empresa, estos se obtendrán de fondos propios y de un préstamo. Se recuperará la Inversión inicial a partir del 5to año y medio.
