La propuesta surge básicamente de la necesidad de identificar fácilmente donde están situados las diferentes áreas de servicio al cliente, áreas de crédito, área de información y gerencia en la Cooperativa Ceibeña Ltda. Ya que para los nuevos usuarios es bastante complicado localizar los espacios, la orientación se hace difícil y la información es compleja al no existir una lógica señalética funcional. The purpose of this report is to present the work carried out during the Professional Practice at the Instituto Nacional de Migración, where we will explain in detail each one of the analysis processes that were carried out for the development of the receipt system. , solve one of the needs that the National Institute of Migration has with the information systems that it has, With the system that was developed it will come to give support to both the institution and the people who use the receipt administration system. Through this information system there will be more confidence when the receipts are generated since all the calculation will be done automatically, there will be greater control over the receipts that are generated daily.
