| dc.description | Esta investigación se enfocó en realizar un diagnóstico a taller electromecánico y refrigeración chirinos, con el propósito de determinar el modelo de gestión a utilizar para la mejora significativa en el ámbito administrativo y organizacional de la Empresa; la información fue obtenida de las entrevistas realizadas a todo el personal 7 en su totalidad, del mismo modo de las encuestas que contienen la opinión de una muestra representativa de 28 de clientes; los datos obtenidos demostraron la existencia de una estructura orgánica lineal con centralización en la mayoría de funciones y de procesos administrativos no integrados, limitando el aprovechamiento de los recursos potenciales de la Empresa, dado lo anterior el estudio concluye que la mejora de sus procesos administrativos y organizativos son los primeros punto en agenda, por consiguiente se propone centrar esfuerzos en la definición de aspectos de tipo organizativo como organigrama, misión y visión que le identifiquen como Empresa, a la vez potencializar a su personal mediante la capacitación, traduciéndose en resultados de impacto para la Empresa por ser más competitiva. | |
| dc.description | This research focused on making a diagnosis, for Electromechanical Workshop and Refrigeration Chirinos, to determine the management model to achieve significant improvements in the administrative and organizational scope of this Company; the information was obtained through interviews with all staff, 7 in its entirety. Opinion surveys of a representative sample of 28 clients were also performed; data obtained demonstrated the existence of a linear organizational structure with centralized in most non-integrated functions and administrative processes, limiting the potential use of Company resources, given the above, the study concludes that improving administrative processes and Organizational are the first points on the agenda; therefore, intends to focus efforts on defining organizational aspects, such as the development of an organizational business structure, mission and vision of the company, while potentiate its staff through management training; all this will have a positive effect on the Company subject to this analysis, with the ultimate aim of increasing their competitiveness. | |
