| dc.description | Este informe tiene como finalidad detallar las actividades desarrolladas en la práctica profesional realizada para obtener el título de Licenciatura en Administración Industrial y de Negocio en la Universidad Tecnológica de Centroamérica (UNITEC) con el objetivo de crear un procedimiento de experiencia en la organización laboral. La práctica profesional es utilizada para aplicar y ampliar los conocimientos que se han obtenido a lo largo de los estudios académicos. Realizar la practica profesión en Aguas de Puerto Cortes permitió adquirir capacidades y competencias que solo pueden ser construidas mediante la ejecución de esta actividad. Es ahí cuando se desarrollan las habilidades y el crecimiento laboral ya que se puede visualizar las áreas de la empresa con un punto de vista fresco y diferente. Esta es la oportunidad de contribuir con ideas colaboradoras a las necesidades que se presenten en la empresa durante el periodo. Aguas de Puerto Cortes fue elegida para el desarrollo de esta experiencia laboral porque es una empresa prestigios e importante en Puerto Cortés que brindan su apoyo al pueblo porteño. Esta organización está enfocada en el área de agua potable y saneamiento sanitario en toda la península y sus alrededores. Cuentan con un grupo de profesionales en las distintas áreas que logran dar un servicio eficaz por su compromiso hacia la población. | dc.description | The maquiladora industry began around 1976 in Honduras, which began with the declaration of the Law of Free Zones in the department of Puerto Cortés and since then, its sector has been expanded to different departments of the country. Within the maquila industry, there are approximately 300 national and foreign companies distributed in nine areas and, within the activity of the sector, there are around 273 manufacturing companies and 19 textile companies operating in the country. (CNI, 2020) (CNP + LH, s.f.) The purpose of this report is to detail the activities carried out in the professional practice carried out to obtain the Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Business Administration at the Technological University of Central America (UNITEC) with the aim of creating an experience procedure in the labor organization. Professional practice is used to apply and expand the knowledge that has been obtained throughout academic studies. Carrying out the practical profession in Aguas de Puerto Cortes allowed us to acquire skills and competencies that can only be built through the execution of this activity. It is there when skills and job growth are developed since the areas of the company can be visualized with a fresh and different point of view. This is the opportunity to contribute collaborative ideas to the needs that arise in the company during the period. Aguas de Puerto Cortes was chosen for the development of this work experience because it is a prestigious and important company in Puerto Cortés that supports the people of Buenos Aires. This organization is focused on the area of drinking water and sanitary sanitation throughout the peninsula and its surroundings. They have a group of professionals in different areas who manage to provide an effective service due to their commitment to the population.
