| dc.description | Durante la práctica realizada dentro del Centro de Investigación y Tecnología de la empresa Lazarus & Lazarus S.A. De C.V. se realizaron múltiples trabajos enriquecedores para el conocimiento en cuanto a mezclas de concreto junto con los aditivos, que es lo que la empresa desarrolla principalmente para rubro de la construcción. Se realizaron granulometrías que son ensayos a los agregados finos y gruesos, diseño de mezclas con y sin aditivos, elaboración de testigos de concreto y ruptura de los mismos. Las actividades realizadas en el laboratorio son de suma importancia para la empresa productora de aditivos y otros productos para la construcción, para los clientes previo a comenzar un proyecto de construcción y durante el mismo. Para la empresa el factor calidad es imprescindible para brindar un excelente servicio a sus clientes. Los clientes hacen uso de los aditivos de Lazarus & Lazarus para brindar lo que es trabajabilidad al concreto que ellos buscan llegas y lograr retardar la mezcla peor que al mismo tiempo sus mezclas de concreto alcanzan la resistencia para la cual se diseñaron. Lo primer que se realiza es el diseño de mezcla para determinar cuánto agregado fino y grueso se utilizara, cuánta agua, cuanto cemento y cuando aditivo se le debe agregar ala mezcla.La elaboración, curado y ruptura de especímenes o testigos se realizan posteriormente a encontrar el revenimiento al tiempo deseado. | |
| dc.description | During the internship at the Research and Technology Center of the company Lazarus & Lazarus S.A. De C.V., multiple enriching works were carried out for the knowledge regarding concrete mixtures together with additives, which is what the company develops mainly for the construction industry. We performed granulometry tests on fine and coarse aggregates, design of mixtures with and without additives, elaboration of concrete samples and their breakage. The activities carried out in the laboratory are of utmost importance for the company that produces additives and other construction products, for clients before starting a construction project and during the project itself. For the company, the quality factor is essential to provide an excellent service to its customers. Customers make use of Lazarus & Lazarus admixtures to provide the workability of the concrete they are looking for and to retard the mix, but at the same time their concrete mixes reach the strength for which they were designed. The first thing that is done is the mix design to determine how much fine and coarse aggregate will be used, how much water, how much cement and how much admixture should be added to the mix, the elaboration, curing and breaking of specimens or cores are done after finding the slump at the desired time. | |
