| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado a determinar el grado de pre-factibilidad de una empresa dedicada a cultivar, producir y comercializar café en la zona sur de Honduras, esta empresa tendría su espacio físico entre los departamentos de El Paraíso y Choluteca en la región sur de Honduras considerado como uno de los motores de la economía nacional, de igual forma el café es uno de los productos de mayor comercialización a nivel mundial y especialmente es un producto que se cultiva de forma tradicional en Honduras con altos estándares de calidad y muy aceptado a nivel internacional. Este proceso es vital para todo proyecto inicial de inversión ya que pretende dictar la pauta y considerar posibles riesgos implícitos y asociados al negocio y con esto determinar los niveles de rentabilidad y factibilidad para un inversionista que quiera iniciar este proyecto. Se trabajó con una metodología de investigación con un método mixto y un diseño no experimental de los fenómenos. | |
| dc.description | The present research is focused on determining the degree of pre-feasibility dedicated to cultivate and produce coffee in southern Honduras and then sell it to other companies engaged in the export of the same, the company would have its space physicist between the departments of El Paraíso and Choluteca in the southern region of Honduras considered as one of the engines of the national economy, just as it is one of the biggest marketing products worldwide and is a product specially grown traditionally in Honduras with high quality standards and widely accepted internationally. This process is vital for all initial investment project as it seeks to dictate the pattern and consider possible implicit and risks associated with this business and determine the levels of profitability and feasibility for an investor who wants to start this project. We worked with a research methodology with a mixed method and experimental design no phenomena. | |
