El objetivo general de este informe es poder describir la empresa y cada una de las actividades realizadas durante la pasantía, la cual es una experiencia que enriquece y beneficia a la organización, en este caso a Lady Lee Corporation, fortaleciendo los conocimientos adquiridos durante los años anteriores de estudio. Durante el periodo de prácticas, podrá observar y aprender sobre sus procesos reales, poner en práctica sus conocimientos a través de las actividades asignadas y realizar propuestas basadas en las necesidades observadas en el departamento donde se realizan las prácticas. Durante este periodo el becario deberá desarrollar habilidades que permitan vincular los conocimientos adquiridos con las oportunidades de negocio idóneas que beneficien a la empresa. Los conocimientos adquiridos y puestos en práctica durante esta experiencia laboral y profesional han sido beneficiosos para ambas partes, el becario y la empresa de Lady Lee Corporation. Por un lado, el becario pudo adquirir un nuevo y diferente nivel de experiencia laboral personal en cuanto a exigencia, profesionalidad, responsabilidad y conocimientos en marketing, planificación, emprendimiento y nuevas propuestas. Por otro lado, la empresa pudo evaluar la propuesta de mejora y beneficiarse de ella para mejorar su rendimiento en las mejoras presentadas.The general purpose of this report is to be able to describe the company and each of the activities carried out during the internship, which is an experience that enriches and benefits the organization, in this case the Lady Lee Corporation, by strengthening the knowledge acquired during the previous years of study. The knowledge acquired and put into practice during this work and professional experience has been beneficial to both parties, the trainee and the company at Lady Lee Corporation. On the one hand, the intern was able to acquire a new and different level of personal work experience in terms of demand, professionalism, responsibility and knowledge in marketing, planning, entrepreneurship and new proposals. On the other hand, the company was able to evaluate the proposal for improvement and benefit from it in order to improve its performance in the improvements presented.
