Este proyecto de investigación se centra en determinar las principales limitaciones y desafíos que enfrentan las franquicias de origen nacional operando en Tegucigalpa, para el desarrollo de la investigación recurrimos a la historia de la franquicia tanto a nivel internacional considerando su origen hasta los emprendedores Hondureños que han logrado posicionar una marca y convertirse en franquiciadores y además aquellos que han puesto su capital y sus conocimientos administrativos para comprar el derecho de explotar una marca a quienes llamamos franquiciados. Se aplicó una encuesta de 23 preguntas a una población de 16 franquicias y una muestra de 15 dirigidas a franquiciantes y franquiciados considerando una serie de elementos para que nos confirmaran si forman parte de sus limitaciones y desafíos que enfrentan a nivel de gobierno, manuales de atención y procesos a seguir para la administración de una franquicia y con esa información obtener el grado de afectación que tienen las franquicias considerando los de tipos de comercia, producción, industrial, de servicio y mixta. Además, aplicamos entrevista de 7 preguntas claves considerando un total de muestra de 3. Gracias a los análisis de los resultados logramos obtener las principales limitaciones y desafíos que enfrenta este modelo de negocio siendo un hallazgo que el tipo de franquicia de producción e industrial no se encuentra operando en el territorio de Tegucigalpa. Se realizaron tablas y graficas que permiten observar a simple vista la información obtenida de las encuestas mismas que nos permitieron llegar a conclusiones que permiten identificar nuestro objetivo de investigación. Este proyecto de investigación puede considerarse como un apéndice de otras investigaciones relacionadas ya que el no encontrar en operación a los tipos de franquicias de producción e industrial nos genera la duda del ¿Por qué no tenemos tipos de franquicia de producción e industrial operando en Tegucigalpa? Se sugieren algunos puntos que pueden ser de apoyo para que el franquiciador y el franquiciado logren tener un crecimiento rentable y minimizar los riesgos del no cumplimiento del manual a seguir diseñado para la operación del negocio y lograr una armonía en ambas partes por el bien del consumidor final y de la marca.This research project focuses on determining the main limitations and challenges faced by franchises of national origin operating in Tegucigalpa, for the development of the research we resort to the history of the franchise both internationally considering its origin to the Honduran entrepreneurs who have managed to position a brand and become franchisors and also those who have put their capital and administrative knowledge to buy the right to exploit a brand whom we call franchisees. Thanks to the analysis of the results, we managed to obtain the main limitations and challenges faced by this business model, being a finding that the type of production and industrial franchise is not operating in the territory of Tegucigalpa. Tables and graphs were made that allow us to observe with the naked eye the information obtained from the surveys themselves that allowed us to reach conclusions that allow us to identify our research objective. This research project can be considered as an appendix of other related research since not finding in operation the types of production and industrial franchises generates the doubt of Why do we not have types of production and industrial franchise operating in Tegucigalpa? Some points are suggested that can be of support for the franchisor and the franchisee to achieve profitable growth and minimize the risks of non-compliance with the manual to follow designed for the operation of the business and achieve harmony in both parties for the good of the final consumer and the brand.
