La siguiente tesis m uestra algunas de las actividades que realice com o supervisor en el departam ento de se gurid ad indu strial, un dep artam ento que recientem ente hatom ado m ucha im portancia y ha generad o m ucho trab ajo en cervecería hondureñ a gracias a la im plem entación de VPO com o plan de gestión de la em p resa.El objetivo princip al de m i puesto es m an tener las condiciones de seguridad en las instalaciones, desarrollar y ejecutar un program a para po der im plem entar el plan de gestión de segurid ad VP O en la plan ta de refresco s a efecto de con tar con las con diciones que perm itan prevenir riesgos, asegu rand o la vida y salud de los trabajado res.Para log rar este objetivo es necesario ir cum pliendo con una serie de requisitos g racias a activid ades e ir paso a p aso con la im plem entación de VPOPara realizar las activid ades descritas en esta tesis fue necesario s previo s cono cim ientos obtenido s en m i prim era práctica profesional en esta em presa, capacitaciones recibid as internam ente, lectura e investig ación de VPO, y elfuerte ap oyo de m i jefe y de m i coordinad or de VPO de M iddle Am ericas.Para p oder m edir m is avance s en VPO se utilizó un form ato de autoevaluación que calcula el prom edio de im plem entación de la planta dependiendo de las activid ades realizad aS.Al tener un conocim iento pleno de Seguridad industrial y de la em presa pude tener la opo rtunidad de supervisar p royecto s de alto riesgo e im partir cap acitaciones.The follow ing thesis show s som e of the activities carried out as a superviso r in the industrial safety de partm ent, a dep artm ent that has recently becom e very im portant and has generated a lot of w ork in Cerveceria Hondureña thanks to the im plem entation of the VPO m anagem ent plan.The m ain responsibility of this position is to m aintain safeconditions in the facilities and develop and execute a program to im plem ent the VPO security m anagem ent plan in the sod a plant for it to have the conditions to prevent risk s, ensuring the health and safety of the w orkers.To achieve this, it is necessary to follow a series of guidelines and requirem ents and im plem ent VPO step by step.To carry out the activities described in this thesis, know ledge o btained in previous engagem ent w ith the com pany, training s, reading and rese arch of VPO, and the strong support of m y boss and m y VPO coo rdinator of M iddle Am ericas w ere necessary .In order to m easure prog ress in VPO, a self-assessm ent form at, w hich calculates the average im plem entation of the plant depending on the activities carried out, w as used.Having a fullknow ledge of Industrial Safety and the com p any, there w as an opp ortunity to supervise high-risk p rojects and p rovide training.
