| dc.description | La presente tesis se llevó a cabo con el propósito de poder contribuir al desarrollo de los jóvenes universitarios en el conocimiento y aprendizaje para operar mercados financieros y en particular el mercado cambiario, donde se determinó la factibilidad de crear un centro de formación de operadores de mercados de divisas en Tegucigalpa. La metodología que se utilizó fue con un enfoque cuantitativo; se generó el levantamiento de encuestas a los jóvenes universitarios en edades de 20 a 30 años del Distrito Central donde se les consultó si estarían dispuesto a ingresar a un centro de formación para aprender a operar el mercado de divisas, también se aplicó entrevista a profesionales que operan el mercado de divisas con el objetivo de conocer algunos factores importantes en el aprendizaje que conlleva este tipo de mercado y una escala de Likert. Los resultados de la investigación fueron satisfactorios, pues el estudio de mercado demostró que el 53% de los jóvenes universitarios estarían dispuesto a ingresar, también se estableció que el proyecto de inversión es factible, pues su evaluación financiera señaló que el proyecto contará con los flujos de efectivos suficientes para cumplir con sus obligaciones recuperando su inversión en los primeros años. Finalmente, se recomendó realizar la inversión por la viabilidad y factibilidad que esta demostró en el estudio. Una vez que se logre recuperar la inversión inicial se recomienda a la empresa iONFX Academy la ampliación de centros de formación en otras ciudades del país, logrando con ello un posicionamiento único. | |
| dc.description | This thesis it was carried out with the purpose of being able to contribute to the development of the young university students in the knowledge and learning to operate financial markets and in particular the forex exchange market, where it was determined the feasibility of creating a center of formation of currency market operators in Tegucigalpa. The methodology used was with a quantitative approach; Surveying was generated for young university students aged 20 to 30 years of the Central District where they were consulted if they would be willing to enter a training center to learn how to operate the foreign exchange market, also applied interview to professionals who operate the foreign exchange market in order to know some important factors in the learning that this type of market entails in this country. The results of the investigation were satisfactory, because the market study showed that more than 50% of the young university students would be willing to enter a training center of traders of foreign exchange, it was also established that the Investment project is feasible, as its financial assessment showed that the project will have sufficient cash flows to meet its obligations recovering its investment in the first years. Finally, it was recommended to make the investment by the viability and feasibility that it demonstrated in the study. Once the initial investment is recovered it is recommended to the company iONFX Academy the expansion of training centers in other cities of the country, achieving an unmatched position. | |
