También utilizan a personal de Cenosa con un monta carga para movilizar el cemento hacia el furgón asignado para la carga. El monta carga agarra una ristra de pallets de 35 bolsas. Lo que generalmente hace el monta carga es agarra el cemento asignado y lo sube a la entrada del furgón. Los descargadores agarran ese cemento y descargan una por una para y haciendo las filas de cemento. A veces los descargadores se toman su tiempo para descansar que eso hace que se tarde un poco más de lo debido, y eso causa que el monta carga pierda tiempo en atender otros camiones y hace perdidas al cliente. La primera propuesta es crear una bodega industrial para el mejoramiento de entregas a furgones y así atender a los clientes con mejor facilidad y menos tiempos. En empresas con gran cotización de fletes y entregas manejan gran cantidad de camiones, rastras y es necesario tener constante mente personal que este pendiente de ello. con la falta de personal se creó un puesto llamado coordinación de entregas y monitoreo que se encarga de monitorear y coordinar los viajes que hace la empresa alrededor del país. Ocupan personal pendiente de cada área para saber que su producto está bien y que llega donde el cliente en un buen estado, porque la figura del producto es la cara de la empresa.
