El propósito del presente trabajo, consistió en desarrollar un plan de desarrollo turístico, para el municipio de Potrerillos, Cortés, orientado al turismo. Para ello se realizó el análisis técnico, se investigó el estado actual de la industria del turismo y se conocieron las normas jurídicas necesarias para el desarrollo de la misma.The project consists in identifying the qualitative impact that is generated when evaluating the suppliers of the branch of Mall Galerías de la Panadería Extra through the scorecard tool. For this, it was necessary to identify the information that is required to objectively evaluate the company's suppliers, as well as the benefits that the company obtains when evaluating them, also had to define the influence that the suppliers have on the cost structure and as this could be improved to correctly define the requirements that the supplier must meet and the use of the suggested tool.
