La Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Cortés cumple 90 años impulsando al desarrollo de Honduras fundada en 1931 que asocia de forma voluntaria, a personas naturales y jurídicas dedicadas al comercio, la industria, y la prestación de servicios, con el fin de promover, mediante el desarrollo empresarial, el progreso social de Honduras (CCIC, 2021). Dicha organización cuenta con una estructura orgánica que comprende a la Asamblea General de socios, a la Junta Directiva y demás órganos por éstos creados, la CCIC ha tenido una trayectoria destacada al incentivar la inversión, la capacitación del recurso humano y la competitividad del empresariado (CCIC, 2014). En la práctica profesional, el estudiante puede continuar su aprendizaje y desarrollo de habilidades en los campos en los cuales se desempeñe, haciendo que se fortalezca su formación, y aplicar los correctivos teóricos y prácticos necesarios para adquirir su título profesional mediante el modelo de formación complementaria que genera su práctica profesional. Por lo tanto, para el estudiante es la oportunidad de tener un contacto y reconocer de primera mano la realidad laboral, así afianzar igualmente su formación, académica, personal y profesional, dando paso a un complemento de saberes en lo teórico y en lo práctico (Aldana, 2018). Así como lo mencionaba Díaz (2019) en su escrito “es importante saber que por mucho que los practicantes conozcan la teoría, se tiene nula experiencia, pero que hay muchas acciones que se pueden realizar para lograrlo así como apoyarse con sus compañeros, preguntando lo que no se sabe y con humildad se logrará un aporte importante en el trabajo.”. El propósito de este informe es conocer todas las actividades realizadas que se desarrollaron dentro de la práctica profesional realizada en la Cámara de Comercio e Industrias de Cortés en el área de desarrollo empresarial dentro de misiones comerciales nacionales e internacionales, ruedas de negocios presenciales y virtuales, proyectos, capacitaciones para los colaboradores de empresas afiliadas, la unidad de apoyo a la mipyme y el centro de información empresarial.
