dc.descriptionCon el actual estudio se realizó un análisis del sistema multipilar de nueva Ley Marco de Protección Social de Honduras, la cual brindará sus beneficios a través del Instituto Hondureño de Seguridad Social. Se analizó el comportamiento del Estado y la empresa privada respecto a las obligaciones incumplidas que tienen con la Institución de seguridad Social, las que han contribuido para la falta de fortaleza financiera de dicho ente. Finalmente se utilizó metodología con el objetivo alcanzar nuestro propósito en la investigación, manejando el estudio de la parte documental, doctrinal, entrevistas a expertos en el conocimiento del tema para llegar a profundidad de lo investigado, obteniendo un excelente panorama de la presente Ley y su aplicación, discernir si ésta norma quedará como muchas en nuestro país que no se aplican.
dc.descriptionWith this study, an analysis has been done of the multipilar system of the new Social Security Law of Honduras, which will bring its benefits through the Honduran Social Security Institute, which has recently been criticized for lack of transparency in its resource management, and called out on its health coverage functions that it gives the insured. The state and private business behavior has been analyzed and a methodology has been used with the objective of reaching our purpose in the investigation, managing the documented part of the study, doctrinal part, expert interview on the knowledge of the topic that helped reach in more depth the investigation, obtaining an excellent panorama of the present law and its enforcement or discern if it will be as our countries other laws that are not really enforced.
